While smoking one of his cigars one breezy afternoon, a friend of Norm’s called him and asked:
“Hey Norm do you know someone who can help me with….”
Norm replied:
“I know this guy who can…”
About an hour later the same thing happened:
“Hey Norm I need help with…..”
Norm replied:
“I know this guy over in….”
This situation played out again and again until it dawned on Norm:
