This iknowthisguy.club Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines our policies and procedures regarding refunds for the press release distribution services purchased through the website https://iknowthisguy.com (the “Services”). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is incorporated by reference therein. The Policy and the Terms should be read and interpreted in conjunction. The capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings attributed to them in the Terms.
We strive to provide the Services of the best quality. We also respect consumer rights and comply with the applicable consumer protection laws. If you would like to cancel the Services for any reason, please read this Policy carefully. Your statutory rights will not be affected by the Policy.
If, at any time, you no longer wish to use the Services and your Subscription, you may cancel your Subscription. We guarantee that you will be able to access your prior information if you choose to cancel your Account. To cancel the Subscription, please login to your Account and click on “Cancel Subscription” in your dashboard. Your Subscription will be cancelled immediately.
If you conclude a service contract as a consumer (i.e., an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you are entitled to withdraw from your service contract with us within the period of 14 days after the service contract was concluded (e.g., the date you purchased the Subscription). In order to terminate your contract on this basis and receive a refund, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the service contract in writing by email at info@iknowthisguy.club within the period of 14 days.
If you have used the Services prior to communicating your request to cancel the contract, we reserve the right to charge you proportionally for the time period for which you have used the Services and return you the Fees for the unused time period only for which you have paid.
We will refund money within 15 days by using the same payment method that you used to make the payment, unless you have expressly requested otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of a refund.
If you decide to cancel your Subscription after the period of 14 days expires, no refunds will be issued, unless stated otherwise in this Policy or the Terms.
If you conclude your contract for the Services as a business, trader, or for professional purposes, notwithstanding Section 7 of the Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of the Fees paid by you, if you withdraw from the contract or cancel your Subscription. If there is an unauthorized use of IKNOWTHISGUY.CLUB through your Account or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the Services, please contact us immediately.
We may provide refunds, at our sole discretion, for the Services that where not completed by us properly. For example, if a Service was not disseminated due to a lack of due diligence or an oversight from our side, we will refund the Fees for such a Service. However, please note that no refunds are issued if the Services were not completed properly due to the errors made by you in the Submitted Materials, acts and omissions of our third-party service providers, and other events outside of our reasonable control, such as:
